Hello!
I’m Adrián, a certified acupuncturist based in Barcelona, specialized in treating a wide range of conditions through acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I offer consultations in both Spanish and English.

I trained at Kinetena School under the guidance of Juan José Plasencia, a pioneer in Spain in the practical teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with academic support from Chengdu University of TCM.

My work as an acupuncturist in Barcelona is driven by a clear conviction: to create a space where empathy, active listening, and Traditional Chinese Medicine come together to support you on your journey towards recovery and well-being.

I am a registered member of the Practitioner’s Register (registration no. 4.572-12.507), affiliated with the European Foundation of Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine.
I deeply believe in the capacity we all have to restore balance and health when we find the right support. Acupuncture was that path for me, and now my mission is to place it at your service.

A bit more about me...
I was born in Spain, and my life journey has taken me to live in different countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Sweden. Thanks to this experience, I can now welcome patients both in Spanish and English.

Before dedicating myself to acupuncture, I worked for several years in the corporate world, where I experienced firsthand the effects of stress and anxiety, and learned how our emotions can manifest as physical pain and illness.
​
Later, I trained as a yoga teacher at Yoga Vida in New York, where I began to explore more deeply the connection between body and mind. It was there that I discovered acupuncture at a time when I needed it the most: it helped me overcome various health issues and inspired me to fully dedicate myself to learning this wonderful ancient practice so I could share its benefits with others.
