Feel how the air enters and leaves. (Post 4)

Recognize the coming and going of your breath at this very moment:

When the air enters, tell yourself: “Inhaling, I recognize the present.
Feel how the air enters and helps you to recognize the here and now.

When the air leaves, tell yourself: “Exhaling I recognize the present.
Feel how the air enters and helps you to recognize the here and now.

Do this exercise several times during the day, in different places and circumstances.
